Open your product to the login page.
Click the Recover Password link.
Enter your:
Login Name
Phone - This MUST be a number that is on file with ALLDATA.
Email - This MUST be an email that is on file with ALLDATA.
Click Submit
If there is a match in our system, your password will be emailed to the email that is on file for your shop.
If you are not able to get your password using the automated process above, call Customer Support at 800-859-3282, option 2.
Typical response time: 30 minutes or less during library hours.
Open the attachment on the email from ALLDATA.
Check your Spam or Junk folders.
Make sure it’s on, has paper and isn’t showing an error message.

Log in to your product and select the affected vehicle.
Open the Library Request form.
In Requested Information, enter the information that is missing or incorrect.
