CCC Secure Share Export - Automatic Import
Connect Secure Share To Repair Planner & Set Up Automatic Export
- In header menu of CCC One, click Configure >> CCC Secure Share.
- In the CCC Secure Share Marketplace, select the ALLDATA tile.
- Review the data that is shared with ALLDATA Repair Planner then click Next.
- In the Settings window, click to edit the Event Type options >> select when you want your estimates to be transferred to Repair Planner (more than one option can be selected) >> click OK.
- Note: When selecting these options, keep your standard workflow for estimate creation in mind. Estimates with the same estimate number will be overwritten by the most recent transfer.
- Workfile Save - This option will automatically transfer a copy of the estimate to Repair Planner every time you save the estimate work file.
- Estimate Locked - This option will automatically transfer a copy of the estimate when you lock your estimate into a finalized state.
- Manually Exported - This option will transfer the estimate to Repair Planner when you manually select the estimate to be transferred (instructions below). If this option is the only option selected, no estimates will be automatically transferred. Each export will need to be triggered manually.
- Note: When selecting these options, keep your standard workflow for estimate creation in mind. Estimates with the same estimate number will be overwritten by the most recent transfer.
- Confirm that you want to share data with Repair Planner by sliding the toggle switch to the right.
- A message will appear upon successful setup.
- An ALLDATA representative will now need to review and approve the request before you can start transferring files.
- To see the status of the request:
- Go to MY APPS >> ALLDATA Repair Planner
- Review the bottom of the ALLDATA Repair Planner App Info card.
- Go to MY APPS >> ALLDATA Repair Planner
Manual Export
- Double-click to open the Estimate you want to export.
- In the Estimate window, click on WORKFILE then Secure Share.
Select ALLDATA Repair Planner and click Send.

- If you don’t see ALLDATA Repair Planner on the list, you will need to follow the connection instructions in the Connect Secure Share To Repair Planner section above,
- If you see ALLDATA Repair Planner listed, but the status shows a pending request, your connection request has been received by ALLDATA and will be processed by our Customer Support team.
