2020-22 F350 Super Duty owners wonder what strange forces have taken over their trucks. Symptoms include electric seats randomly moving, continuous horn blasts, and illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator with trouble codes C0020 and U3003. Most troubling however is the engine will not turn off or in some cases will not crank (start). Ford has identified the cause is likely water intrusion in the battery junction box (BJB) and has issued a Technical Service Bulletin (23-2133) that contains a repair procedure to exorcise these symptoms.
