The health, safety and well-being of our customers, our employees, and the community at large remain ALLDATA’s top priority during these unprecedented times caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19.)
While most of North America “shelters in place,” essential automotive-related businesses – including gas stations, auto repair shops, and retailers like our parent company AutoZone – continue to serve the needs of first responders and the general public who rely on safe, reliable transportation.
As the leading provider of OEM repair software and other services for automotive repair shops, ALLDATA is open and doing everything in our power to provide our customers with the service and support they need to keep vehicles safely on the road and to do our part to keep the industry running. We are fully positioned to handle the challenges of working remotely, as the majority of our employees now are, with a core team at our Elk Grove headquarters for business continuity and oversight. We have the staff, equipment, tools, and technology necessary to provide ongoing support to our customers and to maintain the integrity of ALLDATA products for seamless access to OEM repair information and other services.
ALLDATA continues to provide diagnostic and repair support to customers through our Tech-Assist hotline, which includes live-streaming video capabilities, as well as our Library Request service. For account and product-related support, customers can call (800) 859-3282. Customers can also visit the Support homepage, support.alldata.com, to find links for the most frequently requested information. Our sales team is available by phone, online, and representatives are available out in the field as well.
We are all in this together as we navigate through this unique time. For over 30 years and counting, it has been our aim to meet the demands of the automotive repair industry by delivering the software and services you need to responsibly keep your customers’ vehicles on the road. These times have required all of us to make hard adjustments and real sacrifices. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenges and controversy.”
As an organization, we are closely monitoring the situation and remain committed to our core values of putting customers first, while maintaining the health and safety of our employees and the community at large.
We thank you for your business and support.
Our best wishes for good health to you and your loved ones.
Sincerely,
Satwinder Mangat
