Tech-Assist Pricing (2 payment options)

  • $39 per case ($44 starting June 1st) – Pay only for the expert help you need from our hotline team of ASE-Certified Master Technicians on a case-by-case basis. All major credit cards accepted. Have your credit card ready when you call. Secure payments take just minutes to process.
  • Monthly Subscription – Contact your Account Manager for pricing (800-859-3282)
    • Tech-Assist "Standard": 3 open case allowance
    • Tech-Assist “Power User”: 6 open case allowance

Hotline Program Details

Tech-Assist subscribers can open up to 3 or 6 cases per month (depending on which subscription option you have), each with one of our ASE-Certified Master Technicians. They will help you until your problem’s solved. Plus, you can unlock bonus cases beyond you allowance. Just contact the Tech-Assist team once your problem is fixed to officially “Verify” what worked. Then a new case is added to your monthly case allotment. It’s as simple as that: Call. Repair. Verify. Repeat.
