How to Submit an Online Request

Submitting an online request is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Log into ALLDATA Repair
 

2. In the blue menu bar at the top of the screen, select either:

"Info Center"  for general data requests

"Maintenance Intervals" for service schedule requests

3. Select "New Request" from the dropdown menu 

4. Fill out the form with all relevant details, only fields marked with a * are required, however, the more detail you can provide will support the team to provide you the right information first time

5. Click "Submit"

To track your request status, go to "My Requests" in the Info Center dropdown menu.

Helpful Tips for Faster Processing

To ensure your request is processed quickly and accurately,  follow these helpful guidelines:

Enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) in uppercase letters (Example: 1HBGH41JXMN109186)

Provide as many details as possible in the description field

Fill out as many fields as possible to help our team locate the correct data

For body repair requests, you can attach an image file of the damage
