POSITION SUMMARY
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy to build brand awareness and position ALLDATA as a market leader, drive engagement, and generate leads for all of our target audiences. You are required to have a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SE0), blogging strategies, familiarity with social media and advertising channels. You will create compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, ebooks, videos, email, newsletters, and website copy. The responsibilities of the role also require strong analytical skills to audit and refine content performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals

Manage localization of content campaigns primarily in DACH and the UK but also other European countries in line with ALLDATA business goals
Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to inform future content creation and strategy
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

POSITION SUMMARY
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in developing and delivering marketing plans, executing events, and creating content and sales tools to support our partner ecosystem to build awareness and create demand. You will work closely with the ALLDATA Europe key account management sales team, product management and the wider marketing team. You will be results-driven, focused on generating a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, aligning with revenue goals and fostering growth within the partner community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of the annual partner marketing roadmap with each partner including programs that target new customer acquisition and customer retention.

POSITION SUMMARY
Delight our team with your organisation and communication talent. As an SBA you are jointly responsible to qualify inbound opportunities to build a lead pipeline for our sales force. You process all leads and trial requests in a timely manner and in some cases you are the first point of contact for the prospect to our organization. - Ensure retention of ALLDATA customers through a series of customer contacts including welcome calls, 90-day calls, at risk customers, collection calls, and other contacts as needed.
- Utilize tools and resources to accurately capture and retain customer information and feedback to increase customer satisfaction and ensure we meet our customer retention objectives.
- Provide clear, direct communication with the customer support team, as well as communicating with other cross functional teams, customers, sales, and others as required.
- Responsible for first-level customer support including account setup, direct debit, overview of terms and conditions, and product training.
- Identify and provide solutions for solving customer issues.
- Adhere to the department pre-stablished KPIs, including supporting specific number of customers and following-up within defined timeframes.
- Participate in the process of procedures improvement using knowledge gained from customer interaction to improve efficiency and achieve company objectives in a start-up environment.
- Adherence to AutoZone culture and values, guidance on key priorities, adoption of operational changes, and rein- forcement of organizational financial and profitability goals and objectives.
- Perform regular and administrative duties to support their accounts that may include but not limited to: checking and storing bank data from SEPA mandate, validating trial requests by verifying the workshop information. Validating VAT number using the correct government website, setting trial close date appropriate to agreement (14 days or 30 days), updating MSD & SST with appropriate notes and/or customer communications, and upholding a service level agreement of setting up orders in 8 business hours

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalence, an Associate degree or some college preferred
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience; preferably in a Sales Org
- Customer-centric with ability to build relationships via email, telephone and in person
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent problem resolution skills and communication abilities
- Experience working in a fast paced - multi-tasking environment
- Knowledge of customer collection process
- Basic level of knowledge of customer ledger and statements
- Self-Motivated w/ outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
- A strong work ethic and a mature attitude
- Computer savvy, with experience using web applications and MS Office applications
- Automotive industry and/or software environment experience is highly desired
